...t is transtransparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year's before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joinees.

Good environment and my teammates are more supportive to complete a task.. I had a good relationship with my teammates.. it helped to gain my knowledge and work experience.. highly recommend for freshers to improve their skills..

...19.. though I can find some drawbacks.. There will be little more work tension.. hike in salary for experienced person is comparatively low..

from management, H.R side no response, no career growth, salary given 20 days late, travelling better, have politics, nothing learning, apprisal also not good give only 500 to 1000

...loyees at the lowest side if it comes to any of the situation or fortune things. Big example:- every year, from my past 2 years of experience, there is salary delay of 1.5 to 2 months. They never takes their employees on top priority in such cases.

They will hire by saying many lies. After 1-2 months they will comes with new surprised policies like. You need to buy android phone and windows laptop, if you are having Apple devices. But at the time of joining they will be comfortable with all type of your devices. Later on they start harassing you mentally a lot. Like you will be doing job their getting some money also you can’t sit happily even for a single moment. Before joking they will be saying it’s 10-6, after a month they will say 9:30 to 6:30, after some days they will ask you to work from your home also at night after dinner. HR team are always in search of new candidates cause nobody’s stay there for more than 2-3 months because of their way of working. Thank You.
