Dislikes

After certain period Growth is stopped, the work pressure is very high need to be work 10-14 hours, no value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times. I do receive appreciation from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals, Also they mostly they hire new persons and they can pay to them salaries with high packages which after some months (within 6 months) they leave the Job due to late salary issues.

Likes

Overall Good. A plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

No job security. Next you wake up and find out you are terminated. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
