Best thing about tiger is its remote working opportunity , which they have cancelled nowadays Current hikes are not good as before Micromanagement in some projects Wlb is very difficult Some project working may extend to 16 hours per Day Narrow teams so work gets pilled up easily

...ers collaboration and learning from people at different levels of their careers. Their pay structure is excellent and the leadership is extremely considerate of employees' welfare.

Dislikes

Tiger needs more opportunities for in-house learnings and certifications. They do however reimburse limited certification programs from external vendors.

The compensation was great.

Dislikes

Most of the things apart from compensation were pathetic. 1.) Learning curve was flat, I didn't learn thing here. The onboarding process for the project was pretty much non existent. The project I was a part of was a maintenance project so nothing to learn. 2.) The team I was a part off had some serious internal politics something I have not experienced till date, stealing credits, sidelining you from project discussion are some of the things I have observed. 3.) Micromanagement and too many unnecessary meetings was another core theme. 4.) Work life balance is non existent, and having more than 2 managers often caused more harm than any good.

Likes

Good place to work and learn. A standard industrial learning program and work culture. Good projects for DS, data engineering and analytics compared to the Indian company working in this spectrum.

Dislikes

It's physical office space and culture are still in a growing and learning phase. It was good upto last year but they're going through salary restructuring due to bad markets. Very low physical interaction with colleagues or group outings or fun events as compared to a lot of young startups at its level but since people are professional I wouldn't say it's a super bad thing, it's just expected from a growing young startup.

Dislikes

No learning and development planning. Higher management is just seating ideal. Tiger is still needsot of improvement in many areas such as job security, pay structure, work life balance. And this issue is across all the projects and that I can say because I am working here from last 5 years and due to which they made me to go and serch out for job.
