The compensation was great.

Dislikes

Most of the things apart from compensation were pathetic. 1.) Learning curve was flat, I didn't learn thing here. The onboarding process for the project was pretty much non existent. The project I was a part of was a maintenance project so nothing to learn. 2.) The team I was a part off had some serious internal politics something I have not experienced till date, stealing credits, sidelining you from project discussion are some of the things I have observed. 3.) Micromanagement and too many unnecessary meetings was another core theme. 4.) Work life balance is non existent, and having more than 2 managers often caused more harm than any good.

Likes

Leads and peers are very helpful, lot of independence is given to individuals for self growth, minimal or nil Micromanagent. Promotions are given basis performance without any time span limit

Dislikes

Salary is a bit less compared to market standards, lots of gaps in general administration

Dislikes

This company has scaled from 250 to 2000 people too quickly and a lot of people who have become middle management have no clue what they are doing. As a result bad work life balance, horrible support in challenges, corporate rigidity in many areas have sprung up.

...ers collaboration and learning from people at different levels of their careers. Their pay structure is excellent and the leadership is extremely considerate of employees' welfare.

Dislikes

Tiger needs more opportunities for in-house learnings and certifications. They do however reimburse limited certification programs from external vendors.

Likes

Good place to work and learn. A standard industrial learning program and work culture. Good projects for DS, data engineering and analytics compared to the Indian company working in this spectrum.

Dislikes

It's physical office space and culture are still in a growing and learning phase. It was good upto last year but they're going through salary restructuring due to bad markets. Very low physical interaction with colleagues or group outings or fun events as compared to a lot of young startups at its level but since people are professional I wouldn't say it's a super bad thing, it's just expected from a growing young startup.
