In my 11 years construction company career it was highest fraud company in my life because after interview head office send to me offer letter and above mention date in offer letter when I going to join site project manager also company Owner told me now vacancy not available return to previous company. That time I already resigned previous company because after sent offer letter from head office told me resign accepted letter send in this mail.This company just cheated with me A k Singh company owner and site PM chittrangan jha cheated with me.So I suggest in future anyone not joining in this company.

No off, salary after 2-3 month, they treat us like animal, No growth, no increment, no bonous, no festival leave, 24 hr work , communication with ho is zero, no responsibility by head office they ignore our need, Hold salary, at interview time they fix salary but after joining they pay less

I only liked that company at starting. They are totally not good and in case of payment they are worst . I will personally advice anyone interested in working with TIL , please don't. You will waste your time and money in tiara.

This company is complete their many projects in power plant , here is good opportunity for knowledge gaining , our clients is L&T . Staff of my company is very good they coming from various culture and background.

Work pressure is high because deadline of projects under L&T and NTPC, management point of company is little poor
