Don't work one time payment(Client Jo Pay krte hai consultancy ko) consultancy bcz one time payment consultancy me apka growth only TL tk he ho sakta hai 😀 & usme bhi apko khud ka recruitment krna he hai it's vry compulsory nhi to they will not pay you anything.i got experience in this consultancy... Client consultancy ko 15k to 20k pay krti hai per candidate but ye Consultancy recruiter ko only 1500 he pay krti hai.

Work culture is very bad, people over there always do personal fights in office Not worthy, you won't be learning anything or earning anything from here, in starting month you will get timely salary but later on they will delay and say your candidate is not working so you will not get anything fixed salary offered here is 6k, 8k and that too after 6 or 8 month , no traveling expense or mobile allowance is given here. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
