Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Travel allowance during travel. Food allowance only on working days Mobile allowance only for travelling profile.

Dislikes

No job security, Carrier development Compensation is very bad Company culture is not very good Work life balance is worst need to go to office even in Sunday & Diwali with no comb off.

My job profile in this company was senior Finance executive. This company is a networking company. But there is gap coordinate between Senior level in HO. Accounts department follows street for transaction but sales head of HO do not obey this. Due to we street follow of company rule. In our Odisha branch all we are loose our job.

Work satisfaction - Good

There is opportunity to do carrier , if you obey the orders of distributor or sales head.
