...rming in my work period I can learn a lot and I can worked on a various role . I can got a good salary in my training period and i got a supporting team and supporting supervisor

In some times management does not consider quality defects due to heavy production they consider production rate only that times it affects the quality inpection and there are some politics

Likes

Good work environment and lot of opportunities to learn fresh engineers. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Likes

Work is based on norms.After completing target we wont be disturbed.Its a production based company for continuous supply of auto parts like doorframes.Quality is not a priority only production.

Dislikes

Workers will not be treated equally.Poor salary standards.No perks and benefits.Top management aims for ways of debiting worker salaries every month rather than improving quality.Experience or Reference is only considered for promotion not education,talent,performance etc.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only thing is the doesn't ask any original certificates...and any bond like other companies...And staff are ok but expect HR department.....

No growth , especially you must be an familiar person among the working employees..
