Ti is open to adopts the latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of team that make high quality product. All the team member help us for any critical situation. All the team member have make wonderful atmosphere in the plant.

...y high and growth is slow. Sometimes I have to work 16 hours straight in a day. I haven't satisfied with salary.

Likes

Good Work environment. Supportive teammates and management. Company policies are good. There is a huge cricket and Wallyball ground. Company arrange one day tour for all employees.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary, increament growth is not satisfactory. There is company policy of 3 months notice period of date of leaving for all kind of employees. Training is not given to new joinees and lack of safety are their for shop floor workers.

Ti automotive is a mnc comapnay which has many branches all over the world. The culture and work experience is good . the manangment of company is very supportable.every facility is given by the company(food.esi.cab facility).
