Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

3-4 months delay in salary. Worst management. Employees problems will not be addressed. You will not be considered as human being. Without Salaries they will expect you to work 24/7.

... no management torture as you work in Bangalore they'll control everything from UAE and here you will get January salary in March month no appraisal no salary increment whenever they want to close they'll close in Bangalore no guarantee of salary & promotions here

...e sure u cry with each policy. Engineers and doctors are treated as labours. Salary delays. Basic pay given on annual vacation that too very less. Major in healthcare domain but worst insurance provided for the employees. Lame Management with zero knowledge in their domain. People who don't have anything to achieve in life can stay with the company. Very unprofessional environment.
