...e communication. No one knows what they work & zero communication skills. Salary delay They charge extra so much excluding the tariff agreement. People with no growth & living culture.

... doctors who can manage Covid19 patients are retained and others are terminated. The salary is delayed for more than 4months. I finished the contract 3months back but till now salary and end of service benefits to be settled. Visa is not canceled so I cannot join in a new hospital. The working environment is not conducive as communication is poor. Growth opportunities are poor as there is no marketing and the administration is weak due to lack of manpower. There is no transparency in the dealings. no job security. The administration is more of exploitative nature.
