...'t just happen with 2-3 employees, Most employee face this situation eventually. Intitally, he promise great things like salary hikes, but after some time, he starts avoiding you. The most frustrating part is that he doesn't keep his word. he will outright deny what he initially promised. Many former employee, including myself, have left reviews on google about this, but he reported them as fake and had them removed. however, if you look at the low rated reviews that remain, You will see similar experience to what I'm sharing here. During my time with the company, I witnessed the entire team leave. both before and after me. Many of those employee never received their notice period salary. I've also seen 4-5 employee serve legal notice to the company. but he simply ignored them.

Nothing is good here. You will waste your time. Even you will not get your experience letter.

...f this company Divyansh upaman is a fraud. He will hire you with false promises. When you ask for salary, he will not receive your call. So, do not join this company.

Mr. Divyansh Upman, the company head is a fraud with zero ethics All he is good at is fake promises and sugar coated words at the beginning with no deliverance or value system Total Fraud person and the moment you will rise up for Ur fair rights, he'll be on a run leaving you mentally harassed and troubled.

I didn't really like anything. I was paid a bare minimum and didn't receive an appraisal in 9 months straight despite being promised one within 3 months of joining. The office is I'll managed, the building actually leaks water out. The owner of the office is nowehre to be seen. Anything has to be told to the manager first and then he tells it to the owner. It's been almost a month and I haven't received any experience letter from the firm despite emailing them constantly. The responsible people don't take the calls even. Don't go and work there. The firm is a waste of time and talent.
