The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable , high - quality products and has a global client base. As a result,I get to travel to site for repairing machines.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have attend all machunes. Call by supervisor of production if there is any machenichal problem in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strenghts, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times

Employees are strength of Threads India Ltd. Maximum employees are more than 15 years old and posses good skill-set. However, they are not being utilised according to their strength due to unprofessional attitude of company promoter.

1..Too much interference by promoter. 2. Lack of transparency.

There is nothing that to mention as dislike. But the sad thing is that the Head Office situated at the Outskirts of the city.

I got a lay off due to covid-19. This was a way to support me through covid-19 lockdown. Before lockdown I was the precious asset of the company as my boss said to me because I have developed lots of products in given time.

Working culture. Nothing to learn They will not tell you about KRA.
