The company culture is amazing. It's an organisation where you can grow from zero to hero as a developer. Nothing to dislike about the work culture. The quality of work is second to none in the market.

The management should focus more on employee retention and overall compensation, instead of just going in the market and hiring freshers. Reputation is built by the people working in the company. If compensation is not matching the market standards, the reputation will also go down in no time.

WLB is good, Ample amount of leaves.

Dislikes

No hikes. The base pay is also very low as compared to market standard. The LUMOS cycle is ridiculous. The upper management do not have any clarity about the direction in which TW is driving.

People are nice, helpful and supportive and full of knowledge. Company culture is nice because of the people but management tries really hard to ruin it. Working hours is flexible Unlimited sick leaves There are resources available for skill development and learning. But when you ask a project as per your learning aspirations then they will back out.

... policies for what it was known for, because of that it is loosing top talents. The base pay very low as compared to market standard. They keep on postponing hikes. And this year 2023, they are not even giving hikes. Management needs to improve and be transparent with their employees. Performance metric - Lumos is the worst, it doesn't add any value to be honest. They have fired and layed off a good amount of their employees. If the project work is not good they don't consider your request to move to another project. There is no flexibility of choosing a project based on your learning aspirations (earlier it was there) Thoughtworks used to be one of the best places to work, but from past couple years it is becoming yet another service based company
