They is no bonus or goodies. Cultural activities are also very boring. Promotion are also less.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

It's an amazing company. Sky is the limit for learning, irrespective what kind of dev or non dev you can learn everyone anything. All the people are Ready to help. CEO,CTO, COO are your bestfriend you can talk whatever in your mind, they are super cooperative. Hikes are super amazing if you are good dev, you can easily expect 30% hike, company shares their profit with the employee. Best startup company. They didn't had any layoff

Promotion, they have hierarchy of a typical company, everyone a dev, minor hierarchy are there like lead, manager etc Don't expect you'll treated differently Everyones same, this helps you to learn and not get egoistic about your position

Good for freshers to 1 year experienced. Expertise in E commerce. Good team leads and co workers

Dislikes

Zero opportunity for personal growth. Careless upper management including CEO. Horrible HR department which has no idea about people onboarding or exiting.
