.... You have to satisfied with only 5 %increment which is low from inflation rate. After 10 years your salary can't be double. Please don't join tp is trap.

Manager oriented company , manager got hansome incentives even working staff don't get for their hardwork. Managers using staff's shoulder for safety of own job.

...r the production and they don't compromise with the service and product quality. And they are very supporting at the time of covid-19 they the full salary without any deduction and start the work from home at the very early stage.

... area There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is defend but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.😁
