Honestly, nothing to appreciate. No vision. Deep rooted fears, job insecurity, no appreciation of your work, constantly being monitored on camera, management is biased. Anyone can be hired and fired in minutes. If you work diligently and honestly.. then it's not a place for you. All you do is work on weekly reports for reviews and be prepared to be thrashed for hours. Senseless long meetings. The company has a very poor work culture. Toxic to the core.

... without permission, which can make it feel like a prison for adults. --------- On a positive note, it seems that salary has never been delayed and is always on time. However, it is concerning that the company claims to be professional and ethical, yet it barely has any ethics.

Working as a Master Copy Editor we can have some knowledge about how we prepare the Journals for the readers. We encounter with new things every day so that we can learn new things everyday. We learn how to handle the work pressure even in the tough time. Overall, we can say we have experiences which are really helpful for us in moving further life.

I think it would have been better if we had little more salary according to the capability of our work that we are working for.

My Seniors (both my Senior Managers) were highly talented, experienced and had in-depth business knowledge of the Editorial Business Process and Account Management.

The company did not allow flexi timings, there were salary deductions for late punch-ins and all four Saturdays were working days.
