The overall experience till now with Thome is not good,no skill development or training scope, work life balance is poor,terrible compensation benefits and work culture. No scope of growth opportunities and work satisfaction

The salary promised in offer letter is reduced from my last employer and that before corona, knowingly I have already accepted and worked after 3 months, company culture is too much workload and not much employee centric and more into money making, stress full life with peanut money experience and there is no extra training or growth opportunities within the company and buttering Boss is a MUST to sustain

I am proud to be part of Thome staff . I Like the work culture security and company policies .From thome day by day as a juniour I am learning new new things from my seniour staffs and from their experience . Its really this company made me feel like home this is were i belong and meant to reach my goal of my carrier . thank you

no work culture. nothing is organised. alot of backlog. too much pressure on employees. no job satisfaction.

They have a very good environmental safety policy and open reporting system.

The HR team in India office don't know what they are doing. They lack communication skill which should be their key kill. They just give false information always.

Thome is like family for us.we are continously in touch with Mumbai office by strictly following rules given by our government and guidelines given by thome also.offenly thome is calling us and sharing useful information about covid 19.
