It was Like going to work 12-14 hours aday to earn that money to pay my room rent and at month half we need to get money from some friend to eat food

Connecting to customers and team members. It is good to know one another from our team members because we can learn something new from them and improving our communication skills with them.

... hr Swathi attitude because as a girl she have to do something for womens needs. But she has very cruel behaviour & she cutted my 1 month salary. So l don't like her & the company.

... are supportive and the management is transparent . company policies it's okay .there are given good salary but no hike and there no bonus and no one looks talents there are looking only experience only.

Well I did about 2 year work there and no one find my talent . salary is decent but career growth is slow .here management is not good

There is a lot to learn here and you will get good staff. You get a chance to run the store according to your own wishes.

There is a lot of groupism and partiality. Now the rest of the company available is very good to work with. But the people of the company are a little problematic, the rest of the company is very good.

My background is not a coffee I join this third wave i become a passionate about to learn more about coffee now I completed 2 year as a working it's been absolutely good working here and managers are friendly not like order company' and I learn so many things here as a barista like doing latte art Thankyou third wave for giving this opportunity
