He expects 10X return on every measly salary that he offers to his employees and he will make sure to remind you every 2-3 months that he is paying you a salary. No wonder the company financially is so unstable despite being in the business for 15 years. The salary and appraisal system is arbitrary, based on the whims and fancies of the founder Saurabh Jain. No one else has any say in the company other than the founder. So called senior employees with prestigious title are just puppets of the owner. They don't have any real authority or say. In fact the company only hires freshers despite being in the business for so many years. they don't like to invest in any real talent. And this shows in the state of affairs of this company. It continues to be small even after all these years. If you want to bring any real value to your work, the owner will set you up for failure leading to massive stagnation in your growth. Join this company at your own risk!! Has a tendency to harass his employees and vendors for payment when their contract ends. You wont get your money.

Owner is money-minded with no professional ethics. He is flirty in nature and have negative thoughts for female candidates. Would prefer not to join this company. Worst experience. Owner is highly selfish and self-obsessed.
