we can learn lots new techonologies. every one can get lots of opportunity. Company Culture is to good, fun fridays, annual party we have lots of things to do and to learn also. best things to larn client communication, working independently, coding standar, code security

working time is to. if we have client call then we need to attend that at end of it. 9 hour of working time. we can rearly a work from home. holidays are not to much. mostly government holidays are not for us. we can not causual leave. only seek leaves are ok.

Good for freshers. Exposure to latest technologies in the market.

Dislikes

Employment bond and poor HR policies. Appraisal is based on signing another year of employment bond. Over dependence on UpWork projects even after being a considerably big organization is concerning. The projects keep changing and employees are pushed to deliver solutions fast, resulting in poor implementations almost all the time.

You get a chance to work on your leadership skills. You get to lear different technologies. You get face challenges.

You don't get a chance to work on the technology which you want to work on. Terrible work culture for freshers.
