Ratan Kumar, the namesake owner. No vision - his only tactic to retain clients is by being subservient and sucking up to them, putting the rest of his team in jeopardy. No sense of accountability towards his employees, he fires impulsively and the median tenure at this agency wouldn't be more than a few months for anyone. The whole structure is haphazard, at a place where even the toilets don't work.

Cheap employer with no vision in sight. They over exhaust, over use your creativity and then try to make you feel bad about yourself.

Dislikes

The founder has the instincts of a kid, uses cuss language with his employees, and is very unprofessional.
