First of all whoever is regarding this, I know you might have seen the images in google maps and thought it would be great place to work but it’s not. You work is really not appreciated nor they they allow you to grow. You need to just keep your mouth shut and work. They workplace is very small, you don’t get tea breaks or in between work any breaks , yo ill have to sit morning till evening the lunch timings are fixed. Sometimes you need to work after office hours as well and even on Saturdays. After working there what i feel is there are little outdated and they don’t have the mindset to learn and adapt newer things fast. To much bossy and to much criticism If the culture is like this nobody would grow as an individual at a point you would realise that your opinion doesn’t matter just do what is given and get back home.
