... and people there are so toxic and psychopath and can't be explained in words. I promised with to getting a cab or travel refurbishment but never get that yet they cut half of my salary. When you leave the company they will hold your money for months with no any fixed date and make you cry not answer to your call and you feel suffocating and get anxiety depression and mental disorders also. All the company employees are the relatives of the directors so you can expect nothing from the management. Never join this company rest is upto on you. Just because you have best in class interiors that doesn't you are any close to the best.

Things I loved about the organization: 1. Management gave the freedom to implement new ideas 2. Got a chance to explore multiple positions 3. Great office interiors 4. Week off on Saturday & Sundays

...yee. 9. The documents that every candidate deserves are never given to them. 10. Salary hike is a myth or to be honest a lie 11. The systems provided to the employees always tend to crash 12. Don't clear your salary even when serving the notice period. It's cleared after 45 days of your last working day. 13. Don't hire people and thus always have a crunch on manpower. 14. No esi or pf 15. No bonuses for the performance 16. Treat employees as objects, when work's done they don't need you anymore.

There is nothing to about the company.Very toxic work culture.No company policy .Nothing is there.There is a change in policy minute after minute.There are people in the organisation who never wants the prosperity of the company.

The departmental heads always speak lie and there is always a blame game going on. You will always be bashed.

Fixed office schedule of 10 am - 7 pm

Toxic management, micromanagement, no scope of growth for the company as the leaders were uneducated and inexperienced. Company should employ capable people to lead growth, instead of hiring family/friends. Employees were reprimanded if they're 2 mins late to work, and penalized.
