No proper planning and execution. MD is the worst decision maker i have seen. He takes a decision and questions back who made this decision. Your job is always in danger. If you showcase your knowledge chances are you will be fired. No work from home even during storm. Pressure from multiple managers. very poor decision making skills from top management.

1. Job responsibilities for an employee is not defined and your responsibility will be changed after every week and then you will be told that you not contributing as per standard. 2. Marketing Department is a place where people join for better opportunity as they join and get irritated by psychopath manager and leave with better opportunity. 3. GA Head for Ludhiana GA is man with arrogance and doesn’t even know the basic etiquettes to talk respectfully with employees. He is dumb, impractical and incompetent to lead any team. 4. The office is great place to sharpen your boot lickings skills as few people in the office have mastered this trick and surviving on this skill only. 5. The GA has merely 40 employees but inter department politics is always a top priority. Even after such small number the minnows of each department act like they are working in some MNC’s are keep playing the leg pulling games between themselves. 6. If you want to work for good company and looking for skill development and job satisfaction please don’t join this company.
