GA Head is the worse and this makes everyone miserable and looking for other job to switch as soon as possible due to toxic work environment. Everyone is involved in making employees work-life balance the worse in their working life.

As a Safety Professional and willing to put in the hard work, Think Gas is a very good place to work as compared to other CGD Industry because Think Gas Values Safety & Quality above all else, and they adhere to these values not just on paper but also in practice. As a fresher I can guarantee that I could not have learn this much in such a short span of time anywhere else in CGD Industry.

Dislikes

Very high work pressure due to unprecedented and unrealistic Targets. A lot of politics exist in company, Some of non deserving employees are valued more than others because they flatter and butter senior officials. They are having more power and authority with them and they misuse it keeping the higher management in dark, this makes working frustrating most of the time.

Worst place to work. Dull, inexperienced and corrupt management. Both Think gas and torrent are contemporary, but the progress of think gas is not even 15% of total growth of torrent. Biggest reason the dumb CEO. If you join this organization, trust me after three months only you will start looking another job. Don't spoil ur spirit and time there

Dislikes

No morality, No ethics, No planning, No structure. Any time anyone can be demoted or fired. Any role can be changed even in two weeks. Those who are best in chamchagiri of presidents and CEO, can last in the organization little longer.
