Work pressure is very high due to unprecedented targets and lack of manpower. GA head is Supreme here & it's a contractor driven company that makes a deadly combination for Employees, all the contractors working here is having a reference from higher authorities so they can dictate you through them that makes work highly frustrating most of the times. HSSE & Quality is good on paper and everyone talks of the same in almost every meeting but it doesn't get followed in real. If you are a HSSE & Quality professional, please don't join this company as you will be hammered from both sides from HO & GA level and you will not have enough authority to act on the deviations.COO & MD both are very aggressive and they will threaten each and every employee of resignation in each and every meeting. HSSE Department is a scape goat for management.If you want to use AG&P as an intermediate company to jump to other organisation and increase your salary little bit then it is a good company to join.HR department is paralised as they only act on the command of GA head & COO, they will not be able to provide any support to their employees in case any employee needs it.

...ace for fresher to learn but it will require high commitment from your end also.Salary is good at higher level, Good Compensation provided by company if you are working hard.You can get promoted every year if you work hard and proves your worth to Company.

Work life balance is completely missing, High office politics can lead to frustration sometimes. Flattering seniors can help you to climb success ladder little easily in Think gas. Some people enjoys more authority with them and they missuses it to harash others. Job security is poor, if you make a mistake it can impact you badly.

1. Compensation and Salary is industry best. Increment and promotion also good. 2. Job security is there. 3. Policies are international standards. 4. Training are conducted timely for employees. 5. Work satisfaction is there. 6. Seniors are supportive.

1. Work life balance is poor. You have to work on Sunday also. 2. Company has set very high targets which is very difficult to achieve with current set of standards. 3. Many things are for show only. Like safety and quality are just for representing to management. Actual site conditions are different.

...htly liberal but that depends on your team and boss not for all your employees . On time salary.

Dislikes

No proper planning and execution. MD is the worst decision maker i have seen. He takes a decision and questions back who made this decision. Your job is always in danger. If you showcase your knowledge chances are you will be fired. No work from home even during storm. Pressure from multiple managers. very poor decision making skills from top management.
