Work life balance is completely missing, High office politics can lead to frustration sometimes. Flattering seniors can help you to climb success ladder little easily in Think gas. Some people enjoys more authority with them and they missuses it to harash others. Job security is poor, if you make a mistake it can impact you badly.

1. Compensation and Salary is industry best. Increment and promotion also good. 2. Job security is there. 3. Policies are international standards. 4. Training are conducted timely for employees. 5. Work satisfaction is there. 6. Seniors are supportive.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is poor. You have to work on Sunday also. 2. Company has set very high targets which is very difficult to achieve with current set of standards. 3. Many things are for show only. Like safety and quality are just for representing to management. Actual site conditions are different.

*Company is running on Zoom & Teams and PPT Presentations *Petty Technical Problems are also very difficult to resolve, coz -- read next line *Co-workers are randomly selected from any Industry *Extremely poor quality of Manpower in company *Most of the employees are hired due to References *Highly unprofessional co-workers, poorly skilled, highly unpresentable *Total Waste of Time Company for CGD/Oil & Gas Professionals

Working culture is good, seniors are very helpful, there is no boundation for punch in and punch out as here we have mostly site work so you can punch in from site also. Applying for leave is also very easy . Alternate Saturday is off hence you will have sufficient weekend time.

You will have lots of documentation work along with site work.

Company policies are excellent. One can develop his/her skills by own experience at field. People at site working their extreme best to achieve all Targets. Few senior people not all, with no CGD working experience, creats impractical situations at site. Work pressure is too high due high target. People at Head office are leading which creats dissatisfaction to site employee.

Impracticle targets and inexperience CGD management creating worst condition at site
