Increments will be percentage basis, low salaries get low and high salary person will get high increments.

....2)JOB security,career growth are depend on performance but normally it good.3) Salary Structure are normally good and it would be paid in timely every month.4) Appraisal in my company is performance based.5) My Company has a LTA facility also.6) work environment are depend on work pressure.7)Politics is there also but i don't involve it. So, overall performance of my company is good.

Good work environment....no politics in management what i have seen in other organization. Just do your work and go on time. that's it.

Pay scale is low compare to other company with similar category. It may be because of the organization budget and other commitments....apart from this, organization is good.

This is not work place... This like school... They turn off the lights 🤣 that indicates the lunch break ,after 30 min they will turn on the lights.. They don't have proper hr policy... Hr department is worst.. They will not respond to employees.. Literally they don't care once you joined in the company... They don't respond your mails also. They don't know what is weekend..

Management trusts only 1-2 people for their decision making with out knowing the ground reality. In any department.
