New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

....2)JOB security,career growth are depend on performance but normally it good.3) Salary Structure are normally good and it would be paid in timely every month.4) Appraisal in my company is performance based.5) My Company has a LTA facility also.6) work environment are depend on work pressure.7)Politics is there also but i don't involve it. This is not work place... This like school... They turn off the lights 🤣 that indicates the lunch break ,after 30 min they will turn on the lights.. They don't have proper hr policy... Hr department is worst.. They will not respond to employees.. Literally they don't care once you joined in the company... They don't respond your mails also. They don't know what is weekend..
