Sub contractors are doing blackmailing very frequently asking always extra mone& benefits. It's necessary to construct a strict contracts in which rates at bottom level should be minimum & rates of upper floor should be higher side.

Thermax is process driven company. Transparency in company policy from Top to bottom. Value & Ethical business is in blood. Work culture is still there. Emotions in place of Professionalism is still make life happy at Thermx

Salary is d biggest set back for company.

Thermax company is very good. If you are permanent employee. But Fix term employee has so many difficulty face in ground level.

The work pressure is very high and compensation is very slow. At work place we have to play somany rool . Like project execution, HR, safety and commercial also.

Company has good ambient and most of the employees are satisfied with the work. Learning scope is more in Thermax. HR team is so good, will help you in all the situations. Overall company performance is little down these days due to slack in power sector. Company needs more innovation.But work is in progress.You will enjoy the culture.Company let you learn skills that you need and make you visit to the sites and conferences of your concern departments.My overall experience with Thermax was nice.

The compensation is bit more dependent on years of experience rather than your passion and expertise in your area. Innovation is not given that much importance, people are used to traditional methods of working.Work pressure is fluctuating and most of the time responsibilities of the post are not defined specifically. Sometimes you have to do the work which is not of your projects.

Company policy is good but site management feeling like owner of this company like shift Vechile using for personal working where suffering employee and specially on Bengal energy site on West Bengal, accommodation is so poor like they provided specially on Bengal energy,need to continue shift due man power shortage
