Thermax company is very good. If you are permanent employee. But Fix term employee has so many difficulty face in ground level.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and compensation is very slow. At work place we have to play somany rool . Like project execution, HR, safety and commercial also.

Average work environment and cluture. There is large cafeteria. Company polocies average and they give average Salary hike and Bonus every year.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
