Amazing managers and team leaders. I got an opportunity to work in sales and learn a lot of things. Three trainers trained us very well before giving us responsibilities. Flexible working hour and No pressure place. Founder gives parties on various occasions. They celebrate everyone's success in team meetings. The founder and CEO of the company is an IITian and has a lot of knowledge. He used to teach us a lot every week in learning and development sessions. Before taking any bigger decision the management discusses and takes the opinion of all employees even if they are interns.

The salary is a bit low but they always pay the salary on time.

This internship helped me in improving my communication skills. The manager is friendly and supportive. Can learn sales related skills and also can get learning about resume and LinkedIn optimisation.

Low pay, need to call repeated leads(stressful). Highly difficult to close a deal (because it's a startup) in order to get stipend

The work culture is very much amazing about learning and developing personal as well as professional skills. We learned many new tools and technologies.
