There is issue of favouritism. The management generally understaffed which can cause miscommunication between the management, teachers and students. The compensation is based on performance. Plus there is a push for their products. The marketing focuses on being only brand that exist. As customers, they really don't care the brand as much as the functionality. There is a sense of exclusivity and arrogance that rubs people the wrong way. Thus making the work environment uneasy.
