Management was very poor, worst experience i ever had, no bonuses, no appraisals, no hikes from past few years(not even 1 percent) even though work load keeps increasing, people in upper management never think about employees all they want and talk about is work, If you ask them about salary raise they simply divert you to only one thing - You are learning more here and this kind of opportunities you will not get elsewhere(i mean seriously). whenever any bug comes its like bomb to them we forced to address within a day, no matter how complex it is to find, if that did not fixed within a day then they start blaming you from the day you started, they will tell you how much time you spent on debugging and this should not happen again like that everyday. Development goes the same way.
