Hansa Maa being the face of the organisation, she iterates the words being spoken by her PA, which she reads from a script. Hansa Maa reads a lot of stuff that even she is unaware of. Yes and this I am talking about the information related to health!! So basically her face and experience is being used to deliver the content. Also the content creation(shooting, direction etc) is done by the team who are highly inexperienced about the knowledge of health, they only know how to beautify a shot. So to deduce all in few words I would say- people are watching videos created by some amateurs who are not really sure about how much quantity of the ingredients are to be taken and how to be taken (they are just following what's written in the script). Yes I know in such a bad world what they are doing is not worst but wrong is wrong!!!

They are never satisfied with the employees work even if they acheive the biggest targets and they say it is a non profitable organisation and also at the same time they give targets to achieve without even any incentives worst workplace I have ever worked with

There is no competition as such in this place. People and colleagues are always supportive. and you will make connections. There is no work pressure

There is no job security and also growth is not as much as you want.

THEY ARE THE WORST EMPLOYERS. IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE, STAY UNEMPLOYED BUT DONT WORK HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY INSENSITIVE AND DONT HAVE ANY ETHICS. THEY DO ILLEGAL WORK AND HARASS EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY WOMAN
