Toxic culture, toxic people. Dirty politics and horrible managers and heads. They never come to the office but they are always on work from home. They work whenever they feel like 🤣 but they ask people to stay in the office even after working hours. They play blame games if the company lose any client they will blame you for this. Management is worst. The company is only show Doing show off on social media by celebrating office so that they can show we are the best company. But once you join you will realize this is the worst company. This is the whole trap. Don't join here. People come and leave the company within 2 months or 3 months. Your life become hell. They will ask you to work in the night. There are two ladies who will make your life hell because they call in the night between 11 to 12 pm and will ask for the work. They will force you to work in the night and also next day you will have to reach on time. Even you come on time still you will have to stay after office hours. The work pressure is 24*7 . Even you have to work on Sundays as well.
