The work culture is good and the seniors are very cooperative.

Dislikes

The biggest drawback of the company is that, the company hires the candidates on 3rd party pay roll on fixed term contract (ie either for 6 months or 1 year) and they don't change the candidates tenure to direct pay roll. The company doesn't think about what the candidates will do or where they will go for the job. It will be helpful to all the candidates whoever joins the organisation if they are hired on direct pay roll.

...ure time. They really make the employees happy by having comfortable atmosphere. They give good salary hikes and bonuses every year.

There is lot of favouritism and politics going on. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

This is my personal experience with TWDI Ltd, excellent place to work. They provide training's to the employees & try to develop their skills. Also provides good compensation & benefits to the employees. Participate in social acitivities also,

I love the company I work for and the learning experience that I come across is magnificent However I request the company to provide reimbursement for day care facility That would be great if the company could work around this request

VAIBHAV DOSHI is the problematic guy, he is arrogant and dominant. Never work under this guy, he is chatu of sakina thanawala. The Assistant managers are clueless what they want from subordinates. Very toxic culture, never join TWDC Mumbai, i am regretting my decision.
