The work culture in this school is so toxic, the director of this school literally says that you all teachers you can't commit a mistake like seriously?? We all are human beings and that is very obvious we can't be perfect, the director always insults all the teachers infront of anyone, and his coordinator enjoys the insult of all the teachers, the coordinator is so rude, she shows her finger while talking to teacher, she feels that she's the only one who is educated, the work pressure is so high here! That you can't even sit for 5 mints in this school! The director is so disrespectful, he always talks about equality, hardwork and end number of things in his meeting and then the very next day he started misbehaving with the teachers, i feel he has some mental issues, bcz he think a nursery kid can do wonder! They pressurized teachers for children performances, if child doesn't speak in english or doesn't speak orals they call teachers and insult them, also the director and coordinator gets personal to teachers, it's really shameful i would suggest, if you are not experienced, don't go here They will make your fun they will insult you again n again, they will make you feel like that you don't know anything.

Very strict and rude culture of school, teacher's are very mean the coordinator only want cringe teachers around them, work pressure is very high also they disrespects the employees in front of everyone they also misbehave with bad words rare teachers survive their for a year else mostly leave within a month, I was in depression when I leave this school after completing a year.

It was a good opportunity of learning and a self development in my specific area.

Dislikes

The environment gone political in higher authority. There is no support by the haed of the institution to the teachers when something goes wrong between perents and teachers.
