My time at this organisation was disappointed and frustrating. During the interview, the management seems cooperative and make promising offers, including salary revision. However, none of the commitments were fulfilled post joining. The working environment was highly unstructured. There was no proper administrative support . Employees were expected to work using outdated systems or their personal devices. Basic facilities, like cooling during peak summer, were inadequate. Despite working for 5 months, i have still not received my pending dues (over 50K), even after repeated follow-ups. Each month brought new promises but no actual payment. It's been over a year, and the salary remains unpaid. The leadership did not respond professionally when asked about compensation issues. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring pattern affecting every employees. I would not recommend this company to professional looking for reliability, growth, or a respectful culture

They have worst work culture, not giving the salary on time always gets delay 2 3 months, And if you asked for salary or said any kind of emergency they will told you put a mail for advance salary which month already gone 2 months ago.. Till they not provide the salary they will talked with you very calm . Once they provide one month salary then they started to show attitude and make you feel shame infront of others. In company they never do the meeting for work only purpose of meeting is salary delay topic and pointing of employee for there behaviour.

I really enjoy working at The Space Element because it gives me the opportunity to lead and innovate. Being a part of the "Nagpur Darshan" project has been especially rewarding, as I get to apply my full-stack skills with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and more while contributing to something meaningful. The experience is helping me grow both technically and as a team leader, and I feel valued in my role here.

Dislikes

There isn’t much I’d say I dislike about working at The Space Element, but sometimes, balancing multiple responsibilities while meeting project deadlines can be challenging. It’s a fast-paced environment, which is great for growth, but it also requires strong time management and prioritization skills.
