Say goodbye to good appraisals or understanding managers. Somehow nobody has anything under their control and everything is a directive from above. Above here means WNS (a BPO for God's sake) that acquired this company. That's all. If you want to question whether this company/industry/country is right for you every second of the day then please welcome.

Pretty low level firm with no professionalism, employees basics are even screwed up & are sitting on designations & pay cheques by licking the leadership's a**, the manager was so insecure with my knowledge that she played cheap to make me switch departments, a typical toxic lady of a daily soap with no class & just b****ed me out like a typical teenage girl from a village & HR is just manager's slave with no power of their own, you want to enjoy some toxic daily soap drama, feel free to come

The sync with the managers and project leads is really good. They do understand the issues in case you have any problem. With flexible work from office guidelines, couldn't recommend a better place to work.

Compensation benefits are around 30-40% lower than the industry standards (if compared to big 4 or other consulting companies). Rest everything is great.

The company offers better compensation in the likes of KPO industry and is flexible to working in different team dynamics. The work environment is chilled and a person can maintain good work-life balance. Its one of the good places to start your career within the research industry space. The company keeps its employees happy by building in the fun quotient in regular intervals.

Dislikes

The management lays too much emphasis on appraisals with stringent policies in place, which makes it exhausting. The work gets stagnant after some time with little scope to explore.
