Very Bad company, Very Bad management. They give very high target. SOP is very Bad. My ZSM abused in concall if we are not able to achieve the target. No personal space for store level employee. No Job security. All 5 star ratings are fake, no Incentive. Today we received the target, very very high target. This company is good for the customer but not good for work. 10:00 hours strictly Job. Lalit only ask number but he doesn't educate how to achieve the number. CREs are leaving the job within the month because of poor working culture. ASM bolta hai ki agar mujhe dande mile to mai niche dande dunga.

Founder Mr Harshi

Dislikes

Nothing is good in this company. There is too much pressure to meet sales targets, which are unrealistic. To make matters worse, targets are increased on Saturdays and Sundays. As a result, all stores are failing to meet their targets, with a shortfall of 70-80%. We haven't received any incentives in seven months. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. All ASM, ZSM, Retail Heads, and even the founders have access to store CCTV footage on their mobile devices, complete with voice control. If they see you relaxing or using your personal phone, you'll be disqualified from receiving incentives. It's like working in a Big Boss house, where every move is monitored. The big boss give the task everyday, and if you're not at your station at 6:30 pm sharp, you'll face consequences. You can't even take a break in the store. If a customer comes in to buy a chair, the company expects you to give them a demo of all our products. If the customer doesn't agree, you'll be disqualified from receiving incentives. Our calls are monitored by the backend team, and we're treated like robots. We're not sales managers; we're just following commands from Vivek and Shivani. Their only goal is to disqualify us from receiving incentives. When someone from the company visits the store, they don't motivate us; instead, they show off their power. If we give feedback to our ASM, Mr. Lalit, he just gives us illogical responses. He's more interested in pleasing the company than listening to our concerns. He claims that the company offers the highest salaries in the market, but where else can you find a 10-hour job? And who monitors our every move through CCTV? We have no work-life balance in this company. When the company disqualifies our store from receiving incentives, people lose focus on sales and postpone them to the next month. We're not asking for incentives, but please stop mentally torturing us. The sales staff and SMs at the store level are under immense pressure. The ZSM never listens to our concerns and has an ego problem. When we ask him for favors, he tells us to go ask Karan, the COO. What's the point of having a ZSM if he's not going to listen to us or help us? It's like he's just a figurehead with no real authority.

A different retail dynamics which is the new era of retail. Learn multiple things at a time. The best person in the company Mr. laukik Deshmukh Retail Head who is saving the culture working and understanding the team at ground level. He is the gem of a person who brings lot of passion and motivation to drive things, true leader without his leadership things will be difficult. I enjoyed working with him a d recommend to join them as he is the true leader who understand every small thing of your be in personal or professional and he supports 24×7.

Company is expecting every month growth over last month, yaar. February month they were expecting growth over January, but it's totally unrealistic, na? If you don't meet the target, you'll be put on watchlist, and then Area Manager will be breathing down your neck every day, asking same questions repeatedly. It's such a nonsense, yaar. "It's like, if you're not growing over last month, you've committed some crime or something. First, they give you unrealistic targets, and by chance, if you manage to achieve it, they'll find ways to disqualify your incentive. They'll be checking CCTV footage every day to see if you've missed even one footfall or failed to show any product. It's ridiculous, na? "They make these targets by just putting last month's sales in an Excel sheet and adding 11% growth. That's it! If you want to join this company, go check out any of their stores. You'll see what kind of nonsense people are running the show here. "They'll disqualify your incentive for silly things like not offering an eyemask, and they expect you to use the same two eyemasks for every customer! It's like they're playing with customer health, yaar. And sales staff are expected to cook tea and serve it to customers! What nonsense! "If you're okay with all this, then join the company. But they're operating like some local Lala ji shop, na? Not a single person in this system thinks practically. If you oppose cooking tea and washing dishes, they'll say you're not professional. And they didn't even discuss all this during the interview, yaha sab apne job jo justify karne ke liye kuch bhi stupid idea leke aate hai ..
