We would like to inform you that our overall work experience with the management, the resort manager, and most of the staff was satisfactory. A few heads of departments were also cooperative and professional. However, we did face challenges in our interactions with the Chief Engineer, Mr. Manjunath. It was observed that his approach and attitude often came across as dismissive, even towards the resort manager. His interactions with others lacked the mutual respect and teamwork expected in such a work environment. There appears to be a perception that his authority surpasses that of his role, which has negatively impacted the working atmosphere among some team members. Additionally, it was felt that his support was often conditional, extended primarily to those who align closely with his personal preferences or decisions—even when they may not align with organizational goals. This has created a sense of unease and imbalance within the team. We hope this feedback will be taken in the right spirit, with a view to fostering a more inclusive, respectful, and collaborative work culture across all departments.
