Supportive staff and proper training is given by bank to it's employees.good bank for learning but not recommended to work till retirement.

Various targets i.e casa, insurance, fd, sip mutual fund, credit card etc and low salary as compared to sales pressure and targets. You need to do both operations and marketing at less salary.

not fix time of work push for the work which is impossible in given time limit some times have to work on Sundays official hours are 8 but all days work goes beyond 10 hours

No growth. No opportunity. To much of pressure. You have to exceed you shift hours. To much pressure form zonal head. Instead of helping or supporting or understanding the problem all they do is shout to the JO and even tell the Branch manager to do the same.Targets are unachievable but in case of you achieve the target you will get dairy milk from zonal head.

The salary is very low even if you took promotion only the work load will increase with the timings but not the salary. Payscale according to work is very low

No work life balance ,they r giving very less salary and involves a lot of on desk marketing, have to go outside for marketing sometime,work is not properly allocated
