They are not supporting at all. Also deducted my whole salary of 64 days during COVID 19 pandemic when i am working in that period from my home. First they tell me to go home and do work from home. After that they put leave without pay in attendance register. They are not supporting at all

Dislikes: Sometimes, the workload is very high and tasks become repetitive with time. There is no work-life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd, and it is hard to feel the impact of your contribution to such a huge company..."

Likes

Work culture is really good, you get to learn many things as one person does everything. There is no proper segregation of work. Staff is responsible for sales, audit, branch operations, customer service, it issues etc. so it's multi tasking job.

Dislikes

Salary and other monetary benefits of the bank are not good. Appraisal and yearly increment are always delayed. No communication from HR regarding the same. HR policies of the bank need to be improved. So that people will stay here for long.

Supportive staff and proper training is given by bank to it's employees.good bank for learning but not recommended to work till retirement.

Dislikes

Various targets i.e casa, insurance, fd, sip mutual fund, credit card etc and low salary as compared to sales pressure and targets. You need to do both operations and marketing at less salary.
