Initially during probation which is one month duration, they will treat you great, but afterwards they will simply start criticizing you for each and every mistake you make. There's no room for constructive criticism, they will simply blame you and speak really unprofessionally if you continue to disappoint them.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no professionalism, no professional growth. They will ask you to stay after hours and won't allow for leaves. (During 1.5 day paid leaves too, they will ask you to schedule leave as per their wishes in the name of workload and what not). During any medical leave, they will call continuously and ask you to join for work because they always have workload. No wonder people leave that office within months. Super trash workplace. Never experienced this level of unprofessionalism anywhere.
