There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

All members of TPC are work as a team. Good to work with my teammates which are becomes my good friend also. So I enjoying my Journey at Professional Courier.

Work pressure is very high in some time periode.Salary is not equal to our time hour.

They don't pay salaries till 2 to 3 months. They have regional structure which is not a sustainable model and so they are struggling. They are not improving as per the market standards and struggling for business. You don’t expect growth as the structure does not allow.

Is company me like karne ko kuch bhi nahi hai....har insan apne aap me director hai, salary ka pata nahi hota kab aaegi. 2 month me ek baar hi salary dete hai yeh...waki sach pucho to life bekar karni hai toh yeh company join karna...maine ek bhut aacchi company leave kari jiska afsoos aaj tak hai is companyke liye. abhitak satisfaction job nahi mili.

koi baat ho is company me toh batau, agar join kar rahe ho to khub soch samaj lena. bilkul bekar company hai.
