... portfolios and they have paid our salaries every month end in my total service. They have paid every year bonus also and they used to raise our salaries based on our performance. They have provided very good training through Dale Carnigie and NIS Sparta companies . They have treated us properly . I totally satisfied with thier treatment.

No question of dislike , Our M D has clearly informed us and they have given VRS.

Likes

Timely salary, employees are having job security, yearly increment and promotion after 5 year, good work to life balance. Fixed duty time 8 hour, employees will have pf, gratuity, medical benifit, bonus and one Saturday off etc.

Dislikes

Good for medical, paramedical, nurses, doctor, account, receptionist, hospital administration but not good for engineers because there engineer's will have only maintenance job. There is no scope for big project in peerless hospital. But if you go for Bengal peerless it's been different scenarios.

It's a good place to work very old company . Salary was at par with other National level Finance and Insurance companies.

Good senior and junior team,Training provided by the company is also satisfactory.

It was a old generation company any employee can talk with M.D.It is only company, which pay variable dearness allowance to the employees.Many type of Loan and advance., Holiday Home etc.

Promotion policy was not good.

Working environment is very good. Work culture is satisfactory.

Dislikes

Functions of HR department is very poor. The concept of right person in right place is not follow at all. Personal relations is more important rather than professionalism.
