Worked here for 8 years in hostel. Very good students / staff. ICSE syllabus/ strict management. Full freedom of teaching style in classroom , Great work satisfaction , good food, amazing colleagues, best salaries, Minimum 10% Hike every year. strong paper work.

... for removing non performing / toxic staff immediately be it any subject/ role. Complete Session commitement is mandatory or else one month salary is cut if you leave in between.

The management of the Palladian House is extremely unprofessional and not at all transparent about their conduct. They play politics and exploit the teachers

Dislikes

...ey don't care about students or teachers, only care about money. Greedy fellow. They will not give you salary on time. Worst work culture, they are using disrespectful words to the teachers to make their efforts zero. Only advertisement is there, no such reality. No ethics. Interference in personal life. Few staffs are bootleacker. They are buttering only.

Atmosphere around campus, students, no extra work (clerical), no extra work load.freedom of teaching .you feel like that you are in a meeting cz they value your opinion. Best place if you r a beginner.

Freedom to teach according to own technique in the classroom. Students and staff is really good. Female staff in majority. Made some very good friends here. This was my first job. Good Salaries for a fresher. They are very much clear with what they want from a teacher from the start.

Dislikes

You cannot survive here if you are not dedicated and working upto the mark . Although you get freedom you are required to perform . I have seen teachers leaving the institute in between because they couldnt perform and management expelled them.
