Worked here for 8 years in hostel. Very good students / staff. ICSE syllabus/ strict management. Full freedom of teaching style in classroom , Great work satisfaction , good food, amazing colleagues, best salaries, Minimum 10% Hike every year. strong paper work.

Dislikes

... for removing non performing / toxic staff immediately be it any subject/ role. Complete Session commitement is mandatory or else one month salary is cut if you leave in between.

The management of the Palladian House is extremely unprofessional and not at all transparent about their conduct. They play politics and exploit the teachers

...ey don't care about students or teachers, only care about money. Greedy fellow. They will not give you salary on time. Worst work culture, they are using disrespectful words to the teachers to make their efforts zero. Only advertisement is there, no such reality. No ethics. Interference in personal life. Few staffs are bootleacker. They are buttering only.

Freedom to teach according to own technique in the classroom. Students and staff is really good. Female staff in majority. Made some very good friends here. This was my first job. Good Salaries for a fresher. They are very much clear with what they want from a teacher from the start.

Dislikes

You cannot survive here if you are not dedicated and working upto the mark . Although you get freedom you are required to perform . I have seen teachers leaving the institute in between because they couldnt perform and management expelled them.

Some of the staff members were cooperative, helpful & supportive & some the students were supportive, well-behaved & sincere which helped to survive in that toxic environment.

Dislikes

Many of them already have written reviews relating to the toxic work environment so I don't want to back it up more instead I would light on the other issues. First of all the entire management must undergo training program for "How to run a school?" 1. The school doesn't have school diary for the students. 2. The students don't know the white board culture. Ofcourse, the reason was they were not taught about it because the management itself is not aware of the importance of it. 3. They don't have log book culture. 4. Although they claim it to be an ICSE school but many of the students can't speak proper English because the teachers teach & explain everything in hindi. And the management haven't taken any step over it. 5. The school is spending lots of money on promotional activities but never thought about the basic things that need to corrected. 6. The school doesn't have a proper reporting time for the students. The teachers are asked to sign in on time but the students arrives school as per their convenience even on the days of exam. 7. The physics, chemistry & biology lab is in a pathetic condition. 8. They have sports period but no culture to organise sports weeks or annual sports day. 9. They don't have proper idea about the criteria related to conducting a exam & result preparation. 10. No ID cards for staffs. Hence,If the ICSE goes for a proper inspection "The Palladian House" can never qualify the eligibility criteria to be called as a school. An employee working over here can never learn & grow on professional level. The management really needs to work hard. It's not just a review it's a suggestion to the principal go an attend some seminars, workshops to upgrade yourself. Yes as the name says it is a house not a proper 'SCHOOL'
