Nothing, absolute waste of time and money

I mean this is the worst organization I have worked for Used me as a labor for long hours and didn't have the dignity or shame for paying the due salary. Not even a maid working in a house is treated like that. Absolutely pathetic I came from so far from Uttar Pradesh to work here , the company does not even have a decency for compensating for that.

There is no value For Educated People in this Hotel ...Anyone Can Get Job here to work.

Same... No Value for Educated People Doing Degree and all in Hotel management..For example Someone Doing 3 months & 1 Yr Course They People Get Job And Good position. Also There is no Hiring Process Bcz Uneducated people's are Ruling ....Almost All Departments.

Basically I from kitchen so all stuff co operative each other help full and support.

We plan a holiday.But can't take CL and PL together. We don't get more than CL 3.Then we are loss CL after finish in year.

To be honest, I too was Corona positive,and of course I would like to thank all HOD, Especially Raghu sir, Naagraj sir and chef Abhishek, they always kept asking about my health with the medicine..Now I'm perfectly alright, Thank you all 🙏

Well ! I was discharged for a few days due to Corona, and I was told that I would be on duty next month, but when a month passed,I was not called on duty so I just felt bad 😐 But after three months they called me again and now I'm working with them 😁😄

Hi everybody I would like to share my experience as well environment. The oterra is one of the best organizations in across of the world.i got such a fabulous platform in the ottera. As a chef I want to tell some good novel word's oterra is freindly and nature character with employees..good infrastructure for staff and higher staffing educating new joining staff's also well updated , motivated, stimulating human resources department. Finally own my word's is last but not least I love oterra forevermore... Thank you for great opportunity Thank you ottera
